Work Endorsement – Malaysian Spouse
Recently one of my friend shared this. Hope this will be useful for you. My foreign wife’s work endorsement approved by immigration and I thought I’d share the process. Immigration location is in Shah Alam. Documents needed: 1. Letter of offer from company. Company SSM, Forms 9, 13, 24, 49 copies stamped true copies by company secretar. Surat Akuan signed and stamped by commissioner of oath 5. Latest copy of passport with details page and LTSVP stamp page 6. IC copy of Malaysian Spouse 7. Surat Kebenaran signed by Malaysian Husband. 8. Surat berhenti Kerja if changing job (previously working elsewhere) 9. Pictures of company premises form outside, signboard etc. 10. LHDN income tax clearance – latest Tax returns/receipt You do NOT need to make ant STO appointment, you can walk straight in to submit documents at level 2 to validate and if all in order, they will tell you to submit your docs at Pintu A of 2nd floor. Everything will be done and stamped half a day… we were there around 8.30am and done at around 11.30am.
