Don’t Do This in Malaysia – Part 1

Don’t Do This in Malaysia – Part 1 10 Quick Tips from Our Malaysia Travel & Relocation Team Planning to visit or relocate to Malaysia? Here are 10 simple tips based on our personal experience. 1. Driving? Get an IDP 🚗 Don’t rely only on your Indian licence. Carry a valid International Driving Permit and drive carefully. 2. Buying Gold? Compare Prices 💰 Don’t buy immediately from shopping malls. Check out Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur for more options. This recommendation comes from my personal experience in the industry. 3. Try a Malaysian Street Burger 🍔 Skip the usual fast-food chains at least once. Try a local Ramly Burger—a must-have Malaysian street-food experience. 4. Airport Water Rule 💧 Avoid carrying liquids over 100 ml through security in your hand luggage. Carry an empty bottle and refill it after security. 5. Give Way While Driving 🚗 If another driver indicates to enter your lane, slow down and give way when safe. Don’t speed up to block them. 6. Let People Exit First 🚇 Metro, bus, lift, office—wherever you are, let people come out before you go in. Stand to the sides and keep the entrance clear. 7. Ordering Kopi or Teh? ☕ “Less sugar” can still be sweet because condensed milk already contains sugar. If needed, ask for fresh milk or specify your preference. For Milo, try no added sugar. 8. Keep Your Valuables With You 👜 At restaurants, don’t leave your phone, wallet, passport, or bag unattended—even for a minute. If you leave your seat, take them with you. 9. Don’t Travel Without Insurance 🏥 Travel or relocation insurance can protect you from unexpected medical and emergency expenses. A small premium can save you from a huge bill. 10. Don’t Honk Unnecessarily 📣 In Malaysia, the horn is mainly for warning and safety. Don’t honk just because traffic is slow or the light has turned green.   For More Info or Travel Assistance or Travel Package: Whatzapp: https://wa.me/919020331333
